Thanks for coming out so quick. At 10:00 pm last night our ac quit working. I called the big name company that had done the original installation and had left their sticker on our unit. It stated they offered 24 hr emergency service. I figured no cooling and over 100 degree daytime temps would be an emergency. They told me no one would be available to service our unit until noon tomorrow. So I figured I would just have to wait and they put me on the schedule. At 12:45pm, 45 minutes after they were supposed to be here, I called to check on the status. They then informed me that they did not service Forney but their new construction crews must have done the original installation.

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I was for the late night call you did for us on Friday. When I arrived at my grandmother’s house the thermostat was reading 96 degrees. She had misplaced your number and refused to call another company because of the poor service she had received in the past. I found your card buried on the desk. Even though it was late you said that you would send a technician right away. When the technician arrived he figured out the problem quickly and surprisingly he had the correct parts on his truck to get us up and running fast. Fox Services has earned a customer for life!

Thanks for the new air conditioner. I shopped around and had multiple estimates for replacements. Richard with Fox asked the right questions and he explained the differences between the other quotes. He pointed out what the other quotes probably left out and encouraged me to call them and verify for myself. Sure enough, they had left out the little extras that Fox had included in their quote. So I got a better system with extras included in the price for less money than the other companies quoted. I couldn’t be happier.

Thank you for the great service and quality equipment. We don’t have to worry about the old one breaking down in the middle of the summer and our electric bill has dropped tremendously. Richard did not pressure us into buying a new system even though ours was over 20 years old. He gave us a price to fix the leak but also explained that a new system would have warranties and would save us a bunch of money in electricity usage. After discussing our options we decided to replace the entire system. In about an hour Richard was back with all the equipment and started the install the same day.
